Rye Whiskey Aging
Our 25 gallon barrels aging in our rickroom.
We use these still to perfect our recipes.
We use different combinations of these botanicals in our Gins, Absinthe, and Vermouths, and Bitters.
The custom made still used at KROBĀR Craft Distillery.
The end product will be the Neutral Brandy.
Wine Distillation #2
The stripping run of the wine results in a finished proof of 125.
Rye Grain Milling
Joe is adding Rye grain to the hammer mill.
Steve is adding the malted rye to the hammer mill.
Our 100% Rye mash is fermenting. After the fermentations is complete, we immediately add the beer to the still.
