KROBĀR Rye Whiskey
This Whiskey was distilled once to 125 proof. After distillation, the Rye was placed in #3 and #4 char American Oak Barrels to rest for 2.5 years. Once the aging process had finished, we placed the Rye Whiskey in a tank and cut it down to 92 proof before bottling. 90 Proof / 45% ABV

KROBĀR Americana Bourbon
The Bourbon Americana Whiskey was distilled once to 117 proof. After distillation, this high Rye Bourbon is placed in 5, 10, 15, and 25 gallon #3 and #4 char American Oak Barrels and aged for over two years. 95 Proof / 47.5% ABV

KROBĀR Original Gin (O.G.)
100% Wine Grape Distillate
Distilled in a 100 gallon Vendom pot still over an 8 hour period, this gin was steeped for 24 hours as well as vapor infused through our side stand gin basket. The gin coming out of the still registered at 170 proof. We then take this gin and cut it down to 90 Proof / 45% ABV.

100% Wine Grape Distillate
Our barrel rested gin utilizes our O.G. recipe and is distilled to 170 proof. We the cut the gin to 110 proof and place it in once used Rye whiskey barrels for 6-8 months. Once the flavors are just right the Barrel Gin in cut to 90 Proof / 45% ABV

KROBĀR Pink Gin
100% Wine Grape Distillate
Ooh La La, the Pink Gin is some kind of wonderful. We take the O.G. recipe and cut it down to 110 proof like the barrel rested gin. Then we place the gin into red wine barrels "sur lie" and let rest for one month. The beautiful pink hue derived from the red wine barrels not only provides a visually stunning product but one that tastes great too. 93 Proof / 46.5% ABV

KROBĀR Port Finished Rye Whiskey
Production process is the same for this Port Finished Rye Whiskey. After we age the Rye in #3 and #4 char barrels for over two years we finish the Rye Whiskey in Port barrels for Silver Horse Winery. We let it rest in these barrels until the flavors are right. Once ready, we cut to proof and share it with the world. 100 Proof / 50%ABV
