All our craft spirts are distilled and produced in our Paso Robles Distillery. All our spirits are made in small batches and we do sell out . We try to have all of our spirits available in the tasting room, but when they are sold out we will try to have them available ASAP.

KROBĀR Original Gin (O.G.)

Distilled in a 100 gallon Vendom pot still over an 8 hour period, this gin was steeped for 24 hours as well as vapor infused through our Carter Head gin basket. The gin coming out of the still registered at 170 proof. We then take this gin and cut it down to 90 Proof / 45% ABV for bottling.

KROBĀR Rye Whiskey

After distillation the Rye was placed in #3 and #4 char American Oak Barrels to rest for 2.5 years. Once the aging process finished, we placed the Rye Whiskey in a tank and cut it down to 92 proof before bottling. 92 Proof / 46% ABV

KROBĀR Americana Cask Bourbon

After distillation, this high Rye Bourbon is placed 53 gallon #2, 3, and 4 char American Oak Barrels and aged for over two years. Once the aging process had finished, we bottle the whiskey straight from the barrel without proofing it down.

LIT: Light and Bright

A true taste of the American spirit - LIT "Light and Bright" is California's twist on a traditional European aperitif wine. LIT is crafted in small batches and made with a bold infusion of California white wine, gentian, elderflower, bitter orange, and old-fashioned hard work. 30 grams per liter / 18% ABV

KROBÃR Single Barrel GIn

A unique spirit that has a structured botanical mouthfeel, yet finishes smooth and smokey. Our barrel rested gin utilizes our O.G. recipe and is distilled to 170 proof. We then cut the gin to 110 proof and place it in once used Rye whiskey barrels for 6-8 months. Once the flavors are just right the Barrel Gin in cut to 90 Proof / 45% ABV.

This Cask Proof Whiskey boasts rich oak flavors that are sure to make your mouth tingle. Distilled once to 125 proof, we then place it in #3 and #4 char American Oak Barrels to rest for 2.5 years. Once the aging process had finished, we bottle the whiskey straight from the barrel without proofing it down.

KROBAR Silver Rum

This unaged rum brings tropical paradise to the palette. Creamy coconut flavors fuse with bright pineapple, making for an unparalleled mojito, Mai Tai, or Pina Colada. 80 Proof / 40% ABV

LIT: Sweet and Neat

This sweet vermouth’s base is an eight year aged Solterra Tawny Port infused for an entire year with local herbs like sage, thyme, and rosemary. Guaranteed to be unlike any sweet vermouth you have ever had before. Mix with whiskey for an unforgettable manhattan, or gin to make a phenomenal negroni. 19% ABV

KROBĀR Pink Gin

Ooh La La, the Pink Gin is some kind of wonderful. We take the O.G. recipe and cut it down to 110 proof like the barrel rested gin. Then we place the gin into red wine barrels "sur lie" and let rest for one month. The beautiful pink hue derived from the red wine barrels not only provides a visually stunning product but one that tastes great too. 90 Proof / 45% ABV
